The best pet store. I am super indecisive and the staff are always so patient with me while I browse. Bought some beautiful little shrimp today. The only thing I could suggest would be a bigger Guinea pig range as it’s hard to find supplies for them anywhere in Australia.

**Exceptional Service and Surprising Selection!** From the moment I walked into Pet Affection, I was thoroughly impressed by the high level of service and the extensive range of products in such a quaint shop. Beverley, the shop attendant, was not only friendly but also displayed genuine care and an exceptional knowledge of all the products. It was a pleasant surprise to see such variety and volume of goods in a smaller shop setting. The prices are very competitive, and the added benefit of becoming a store member for a mere $3—which entitles you to a 5% discount on any item—made the shopping experience even better. Another standout feature was the automated Dog and Cat tag engraving machine onsite; I purchased a tag for $13.95, and the machine completed the engraving in less than two minutes! It actually took me longer to choose the tag than to have it engraved. I wholeheartedly recommend Pet Affection for anyone looking for quality pet supplies backed by excellent service. Beverley and the team really make you feel valued and ensure you leave with exactly what you need. A gem of a store in Nambour!

After advice from Adam, he guided me through the process of establishing a low tech planted tropical nano aquarium. I'm so happy with the finished result, happy community of tetras, shrimp, snail with a stunning Betta for the centrepiece. Thanks Adam😃👍🙏🏻🐟🐠🦐🐌🪸

Adam and his team at Pet Affection are nothing short of amazing, I’ve learnt so much from our chats when I go in to get my pet supplies. Prices are excellent, there is a VIP club you can join that gets you a discount every time you shop! The products are top notch and the shop has a cozy vibe filled with all things pet related, outside of Bunnings this is my favourite place to visit 10 out of 10 from me 💛
